Step 1: Log In to Your MYOB Uno Account
- Open your web browser and go to the MYOB Uno login page.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click the Login button.
Step 2: Navigate to the Contacts Page
- Once you are logged in, you will be taken to the Dashboard.
- From the left-hand menu, click on Contacts.
Step 3: Add a New Contact
- On the Contacts page, you will see a list of your existing contacts.
- Click on the Add contact button at the top of the page.
Step 4: Enter Contact Details
- A form will appear where you can enter the details of the new contact.
- Fill in the necessary fields such as:
- Name: Enter the full name of the contact.
- Company (if applicable): Enter the company name if the contact is a business.
- Email: Enter the contact's email address.
- Phone: Enter the contact's phone number.
- Address: Enter the contact's address.
- Other Details: Fill in any other relevant details such as website, ABN, etc.
- You can also add additional details such as payment terms and bank details if required.
Step 5: Save the Contact
- After entering all the necessary details, click the Save button at the bottom of the form.
- Your new contact will now be added to the list of contacts in MYOB Uno.
Step 6: Verify the Contact
- Go back to the Contacts page.
- Search for the new contact you added to ensure it appears correctly in the list.
- Click on the contact’s name to review and verify all the entered details.
